The Dilyn Way is powered by Adapt2Digital. Adapt2Digital is a company that has been around for 7 years, helping leaders and change teams shift the focus of digital transformation towards people; using technology as an enabler and data to empower.
We work across the globe with governments, large private enterprises as well as with SME and start ups.
Our work is 100% grounded in The Dilyn Way best practice framework for leading in a digital age. A framework that sits alongside other key frameworks, methods and models that support digital transformation. The uniqueness of this framework is that is powers the people side of change - focussing in shifting leadership mindset and behaviour.

Mel Ross, CEO
Mel is CEO and Chief Architect of The Dilyn Way. Speaker, CEO Mentor & Executive Coach. Mel tirelessly evangelises the potential within every leader to be relevant and contribute to the digital age. At Adapt2Digital, Mel heads up Product & continues to chair The Dilyn Way community of practice.
Mona Dargie, Customer Value Manager
Mona is our customer guru. Dedicated to keeping our business human and ensuring our customers and practitioners are given the personal touch. Family is all important to Mona, almost as much as her love for walking the coastline and hills of Scotland.
Gary Ross, Commercial Director
Gary is a New Zealander abroad. Having lived in the UK since 2005 he still calls the land of the long white cloud (Aotearoa) his home. Gary's role at Adapt2Digital is to ensure we operate on a profit with purpose basis. That everything we do has reciprocal value for all parties.
Dionne Lowndes, Chief Digital Experience Officer
Dionne's role within the team is focussed on making that all important connection between the leaders and the wider workforce. An experienced digital age leader herself, Dionne has driven people centred transformation for years and can speak to the benefits through the lens of experience.

Penny Ward
Penny is a digital age leadership guru. This is some of what her LInkedIN profile says, however, this doesn't illustrate the energy she brings to leaders and transformation programmes or the sheer grit she demonstrates in achieving outcomes. Rachel Neaman
Rachel comes is a seasoned professional when it comes to leading in a digital age. Rachel is an influential technology speaker specialising in sustainable digital transformation, leadership, health tech, skills and inclusion. She was the first Chief Digital Officer for the Department of Health and has been CEO of two organisations. She is now an executive mentor, coach and advisor, speaker and board member of multiple organisations.
Steve Hearsum
Steve has supported customers with Mel for a number of years. Steve supports and challenges leaders to find their edge and stretch. To do this he focusses on Digital Age Leadership, Organisational change & transformation, practitioner development. Steve 'brings the grit around which pearls may form'. Chris Riley
Chris is a rare breed. Having a background in data and technology, Chris is able to articulate the golden triangle: Technology, Data & Human in a way that engages and brings every on the journey with him. Chris is also a natural when it comes to experimental practice and thought experiments are just part of who he is as a coach, mentor and digital age leader.
