Well, it's taken a bit longer than we would have hoped to be one community of practice in one secure space. But we are here - and it feels great!

What have we got for you?

It's still early days for our Dilyn Way practitioners community. This is a good thing, because it means we can feed off your needs to build content and functionality. Remember - we are here to power you, to power others.

  COMMUNITY: First and foremost The Practitioner Lab is about a community of practice. So, we've got a dedicated community area where you can connect, engage, share, provide feedback and leverage the minds of others who are also practitioners. The community area works just like a private Facebook page. Where you can post and comment and follow. Please head there to introduce yourself. We'll make sure that we use this area to share updates with you - which we will pin to ensure they are at the top of the feed for ease of view.

  MASTERCLASSES: Once or twice a month we'll post a masterclass with an expert from one of three core Dilyn Way Themes; Emerging Technology, Forces of Change and Core Digital Age Leadership Competencies. We've already secured some amazing people for you. The aim is to deliver these live and then add the recordings into a Masterclass library for you to access when you need. For a sneak peak into who we've got coming up in the first few months click here! also, if you want to suggest a masterclass subject, know someone who could be an awesome expert or even want to deliver a masterclass yourself head to the community area and post your suggestion using the heading MASTERCLASS for ease of view.

  TRAINING: Yep! as Dilyn Way practitioners we are life long learners and there's always something new to explore. Over the last few weeks we've all been through the Virtual Leadership Theory - we've bundled some resources together for you on the subject here. Next is putting this theory into practice as a community group. Click here to book your chosen session. Alongside any training that directly links to major shifts in our environments like COVID-19, we will also be adding training that's specific to updates in the framework. Live and current training will always feature at the top on this page - just under this welcome message. Over time, we'll add a training link to the main navigation.

  WICKEDS: We love this feature! each one of us from time to time will come up against a challenge or an opportunity that needs more than just our own practitioners mind to solve. This is where WICKEDS come in. By simply completing a brief overview of your WICKED we'll feature it in our monthly LIVE Q&A sessions (that will also be recorded).

  MATERIALS: Of course, as a practitioner you will want to access materials from the programme and also any new worksheets, presentations, and guides we create to support framework updates. Mo is busy putting this section together for you as we speak and we'll have it live next week for you. GO MO!

  HABIT PLANS: Now, we've noticed there is a definite lack of habit activity from qualified practitioners! That's OK, we know how busy you are - but we also know the power of habit and role model leadership. So we've included a quick link to the Trello Habit CycleTM here and at the bottom of this page for you to go check out your own status. Our Habit Platform development has been put on hold currently as our development partner supports customers with COVID-19.

  PROFILE TOOL ACCESS: At the moment, we are continuing to distribute license access for the profiling tool via email through Mona. Please ensure if you want to use the profiling tool with customisation that we have enough advance warning to adjust and test. 

Well, that's pretty much it to start - Community, Connection, Content. All this in one secure place and all focussed on powering you to power others (that's our new strap line by the way!)

This community will be my new office! I'm going to be working in here most days - so you'll be able to see me and connect with me here!  Please remember, this community is for you, so whatever your needs are to ensure you can role model The Dilyn WayTM and support this in others is our mission. This community is only successful if it's active and meaningful for you, so let's build this together.
